Dr. Oscar Tinio, St. Dominic College of Asia’s Director for Medical Affairs and St. Dominic Medical Center’s Hospital Director, is the new president of the Philippine Medical Association. The induction was held last May 21, 2010 at the Isla Ballroom of EDSA Shangri La Hotel, Mandaluyong City. Dr. Tinio served as the Vice President of the organization last year.
On the other hand, SDCA and SDMC’s Chief Operating Officer and Former Governor of the Southern Tagalog Region, Dr. Gregorio Andaman, Jr., was the Inducting Officer during the said event.
