| Basic Barista Course with Hands – On (1 day) |
| - provides students the opportunity to introduce the practice and prepare the coffee in a traditional espresso machine, and know the standard styles of coffee preparation. |

| Advanced Barista Course (5 days) |
| - designed for students who are preparing specialty coffee on a traditional espresso machine. Also provides students with the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary in performing the duties and tasks required of a Barista Service Attendant in various coffee outlets. |

| Latte Art Course (1 day) |
| - designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to perform barista techniques in preparing latte art (art of coffee) |
