I would like to welcome everyone to our Australian TAFE-NSW Hospitality Programs. Here at St. Dominic College of Asia, we provide 4 programs in this Australian – based program. We have Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Certificate III in Patisserie, Diploma IV for Hospitality Management and Grand Diploma for Culinary Operations and Management.
All these programs are certified to get you a career in culinary; whether it is in a fine dining restaurant, catering operations, resorts, leisure clubs, international hotels and cruise liners. Our culinary team has dedicated years of hard work and experience that will teach you the ropes of what it takes to be a professional chef. Chef June Peralta, Chef Chester Dapo, Chef Michelin Galang, and I are truly dedicated to impart what we have mastered in this culinary profession.
