ADMISSION OF KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS

Admission Qualifications

  • • Age Requirements
    For Prekinder – He/she is at least 4 years old by opening of the academic year being applied for.
    For Kindergarten 1- He/she is at least 5 years old by opening of the academic year being applied for.
  • • He/she passed the entrance examination and interview; and
  • • He/she is physically and mentally fit.

Enrollment Procedure

  • 1. Accomplish the Inquiry Form at the Admissions Office. Inquiry/submission of requirements.
  • 2. Examination Payment to the Cashier.
  • 3. Student takes the entrance exam at the Student Wellness Office. The Office then checks the exam answers and provides immediate feedback.
  • 4. Principal conducts interview and decides the acceptance of the student.
  • 5. Student visits the Accounting Office for advising.
  • 6. Tuition fee payment at the Cashier.
  • 7. Availing of uniform and books at the Business Center.
  • 8. Student gets the official registration form at the Registrar’s Office.
  • 9. ID Processing & Releasing at the DES office.
  • 10. School Service coordination.

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT

Student enrollment is a contractual relationship between the student and the school. A student is considered officially enrolled if the tuition is paid either partially or fully. To ensure a systematic enrollment, a year level based enrollment schedule is followed.

A. GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • • All applicants must take the SDCAT entrance examination. They will undergo an interview afterwards. Applicants must bring a copy of their most recent report card and NCAE results for further evaluation, and must be with a parent/guardian.
  • • Qualified applicants will then be assessed for enrolment.
  • • Credentials submitted for enrollment become part of the student’s permanent record and cannot be withdrawn after registration has been completed.
  • • Students are only allowed to attend classes in which they are officially enrolled. .
  • • Students can avail lockers and school services (in coordination with Basic Ed.)

B. ADMISSION OF INCOMING GRADE 11

Admission Qualifications

  • • A graduate from a duly recognized junior high school;
  • • with good moral character as attested by the certification from the Principal/Guidance Counselor or Class Adviser;.
  • • passed the entrance examination and interview; and
  • • physically and mentally fit.

D. ADMISSION OF STUDENTS FROM FOREIGN SCHOOLS

Admission Qualifications

  • • A graduate from a duly recognized secondary school or its equivalency;
  • • with good moral character as attested by the certification from the Principal/ Guidance Counselor or Class Adviser;
  • • with school credentials validated by the Philippine Consulate Office from their country;
  • • documents must be translated into English if necessary
  • • passed the entrance examination and interview; and
  • • physically and mentally fit.

    Senior High School applicants must fill out the Inquiry Form at the Admissions Office with provided admission requirements.

  • 2.Exam Payment

    Student Applicants shall pay P200.00 for the entrance exam fee.

  • 3. Examination

    The students shall take the SDCAT (St. Dominic College Admission Test) at the Enrollment Center.

  • 4. Interview

    Principal/Guidance Officer/Academic Coordinator conducts interview and evaluate the academic background of the applicant.

  • 5. Payment

    Tuition and fees shall be assessed at the Accounting Office/Enrollment Center. Student applicants shall then proceed to the Cashier for the payment of the assessed amount.

  • 6. Issuance of Registration form

    The Office of the Registrar shall issue a computerized enrollment form to the student.

  • 7. Availing of Enrollment Kit

    Students shall avail books & uniform at the Business Center.

  • 8. ID Application

    A Student ID is issued by SDCA for the student to enter the campus premises and avail of student services. New students shall proceed to the DES (Digital Education Solution) for application.

  • 9. Locker & School Service Availing

    Students may avail locker at the cashier, and school service with the Basic Ed.

ADMISSION OF CROSS-ENROLLEES

Cross-enrollees are required to bring their permit to cross enroll from their home school duly signed by the authorized academic personnel. Students officially cross-enrolled are subject to the existing rules and regulations of the school of origin and of St. Dominic College of Asia.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

  • 3. Interview Students who successfully passed the entrance examination shall undergo interview with the Dean/Program Chair.
  • 4. Submission of Requirements After results evaluation, the student applicants are required to submit the admission requirements.
  • 5. Advising & Assessment Student applicants shall proceed to the Dean’s office for advising. The Dean or the Program Chair shall advise the student on the subjects to be enrolled based on the subjects offered for the semester.
  • 6. Payment Tuition and fees shall be assessed at the Accounting Office. Student applicants shall then proceed to the Cashier for the payment of the assessed amount.
  • 7. Issuance of Registration form The Office of the Registrar shall issue a computerized enrollment form to the student.
  • 8. ID Application A Student ID is issued by SDCA for the student to enter the campus premises and avail of student services. New students shall proceed to the DES (Digital Education Solution) for application. An old student should secure validation sticker from the Office of the Registrar.
  • 9. Medical Examination Students shall proceed to the Health Services Office for the medical examination requirements and appointment.
